Dear Mr Jones,
I am a regular listener to your informative program. Over recent months I have heard your advertisement for Automotive Warehouse. Several months ago, I purchased a Mercedes 190E from this dealership. I was attended by two gentleman – Mr Ryan Scanlan and Mr Reay Nicholls, Dealer principal. It was a pleasure talking to both of these fellows who applied no pressure at any time. As the vehicle was over 10 years of age, no warranty was applicable. However Mr Nicholls did state that if I had any problems, I should contact him and they may be able to fix it or at least with their preferred repairers, save me some money on future repairs. Well, I did have a problem. The air conditioner ceased functioning. Without any argument and at their own cost, parts were brought in from Germany and the problem was fixed. This would have cost them at least $2000.00. I recommend this company for their SERVICE, GOODWILL and INTEGRITY. I am 63 years of age and over the years have purchased vehicles from a number of different dealers. I have never gone back to the same dealer twice. THIS DEALERSHIP I WILL STICK WITH AND RECOMMEND TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS.
